Meet the Photographer

Ahriella Schilcher

Growing up in Wisconsin, Ahriella found her love and passion for animals as visiting the Milwaukee County Zoo was her favorite place and ended up going there a ton! As she grew up, she wasn't sure what her passion was besides animals. However, she knew she couldn't become a vet as she was fearful of blood. In middle school she took casual photos off of her phone and was gifted a Canon PowerShot for Christmas, but didn't really use it. Then, in her sophomore year of high school, she took her first photography class and fell in love. When headed to college, Ahriella searched for one thing, a Photography major, and an Animal Behavior minor. She found both of these things at Carroll University, where she is currently studying photography, animal behavior and graphic design, in hopes to become a Wildlife photographer.
